Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for store locations nationwide. The role blends sales with pawn transactions, delivering friendly service and financial solutions. You will engage customers on both lending and retail sides and handle merchandise across various categories.

The position offers hourly pay with commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, with schedules typical of retail operations.

Qualifications

Willingness to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and offer financial solutions.
Performs non-management open/close procedures.
Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
Handles cash and negotiable items per policies and regulations.
Answers incoming calls per company standards.
Explains legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
Partners with staff to create a positive customer experience.
Completes assigned training.
Other related duties as assigned.
