Asphaltech Pavement Solutions seeks a full-time Sales and Estimating Specialist in Washington Township, NJ to drive new business and deliver accurate estimates for asphalt maintenance and line striping projects. You will build relationships, evaluate opportunities, and convert site information into clear proposals.

The role blends sales acumen with measurement skills, uses mobile/desktop tools, and supports field and customer-facing activities in South Jersey markets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or estimating; construction or asphalt industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to measure, calculate, and assess surface areas.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for asphalt maintenance and line striping services
• Build relationships with prospects, property owners, and commercial contacts
• Measure and assess surface areas to support accurate estimates
• Prepare clear, professional estimates and communicate scope with customers
• Use mobile and computer tools to organize leads, notes, and pricing information
• Work independently while supporting the company's sales growth goals
• Coordinate with internal team members as projects move from estimate to production
