The Shop Service Paving Technician at HOLT CAT is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and reconditioning paving construction equipment in a shop setting. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at 2000 East Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062.

You will work in the Machine Division (MAC), complete service reports, access Vision Link and other systems, maintain safety standards, and communicate progress to customers and supervisors.

Formación

• More than one year of heavy equipment experience required; three or more years preferred.
• Valid CDL and acceptable driving record preferred.
• Must own required tools to perform repairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs repairs and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoots paving equipment malfunctions and failures.
• Removes and install parts, disassembles and assembles components, tests and adjusts assemblies.
• Repairs and/or replaces components according to CAT standards.
• Tests and verifies proper operation of all repairs and adjustments.
