Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation, a leading heavy civil contractor in Florida, seeks a Dispatcher – Paving to manage daily paving schedules, trucking, equipment movements, and GPS geofences. The role supports project management while ensuring safety policies are followed and DOT requirements are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with paving crews, monitoring GPS, reviewing time sheets, and assisting with weather and plant throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience with paving operations and equipment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create and publish Daily Paving Schedule based on schedule requests.
• Coordinate and manage GPS geofences and real-time GPS system.
• Review and approve truck time sheets and outside trucking hours.
• Assist with DOT physical scheduling and vehicle/equipment moves.
• Attend paving schedule meetings and communicate trucking needs.
