Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC in Statesville, NC is seeking a full-time Pavement Markings Laborer to perform highway maintenance tasks and support safety-critical roadway marking projects. You will follow DOT and quality guidelines, report on equipment and vehicle status, and help ensure on-time completion of daily work orders.

You will operate and maintain multiple pieces of equipment, lift heavy loads, and adapt to varying weather and travel needs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record; CDL preferred.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 50 pounds and occasionally over 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members).
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Maintain vehicles and keep them clean inside and out.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
