Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Pavement Markings Laborer to support operations in Statesville, NC. Role involves highway maintenance tasks, operating and maintaining multiple pieces of equipment, and ensuring DOT safety compliance.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to perform basic arithmetic, and adapt to a changing schedule. Benefits include health and retirement options; overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• CDL license is preferred.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain safety equipment as required by each job.
• Ability to operate and adapt to various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks to ensure roadway safety.
• Operate and maintain multiple pieces of equipment.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms daily.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and in good working order.
• Maximize production and efficiency on the job.
• Follow all DOT safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel as needed and work overtime, including nights and weekends.
