Tri Valley Striping LLC is seeking a Pavement Marking Technician / Laborer to support commercial and infrastructure field operations in Fremont, CA. The role involves assisting with pavement markings, setup of traffic control, and equipment handling on local projects.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible schedules including night shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions on active construction sites.
• Strong teamwork and eagerness to learn a specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist field crews with layout and installation of pavement markings and thermoplastic applications.
• Prepare surfaces using grinding tools and clean debris for material adhesion.
• Set up traffic control zones and safety signage for crews and motorists.
• Load/unload equipment, tools and materials from support vehicles daily.
• Support operators to maintain project schedules and quality control.
• Report safety concerns or process improvements to management.
