Tri Valley Striping LLC is seeking a Pavement Marking Equipment Operator to support commercial and infrastructure field operations in Fremont, CA. You will run heavy striping equipment, execute layouts, and ensure safe, high‑quality markings for parking lots and roadways.

The role requires outdoors work in active construction zones, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to travel locally up to 33% of hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating paint striping equipment in construction.
• Ability to work outdoors in active construction zones.
• Interpret project layouts and work independently with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Willingness to travel up to 33% of hours to local project sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy paint striping equipment to line parking lots, roadways, and bike lanes.
• Execute precise layouts and apply specialty markings for commercial and federal projects.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize field downtime.
• Set up active construction zones and coordinate traffic control.
• Collaborate with field crews to deliver high-quality workmanship per client guidelines.
• Provide feedback to management to improve field workflows.
