Qualifications

• 1+ year of thermoplastic pavement installation in field operations.

• Willingness to travel up to 33% and work nights/weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermoplastic striping equipment and support vehicles safely on active roadways.
• Install roadway markings, legends, crosswalks, bike lanes, and specialty pavement applications.
• Interpret complex construction plans and traffic control blueprints with precision.
• Coordinate field traffic control to ensure a safe, compliant workspace for the crew.
• Perform maintenance and calibration on ThermoLazer and machinery.
• Provide feedback to management on project workflows and field safety.
