Advanced Infrastructure Design, Inc. (AID) invites experienced professionals to join our Pavement Engineering team in a senior role. You will guide projects from fieldwork through design and reporting, leveraging NDT and pavement evaluation tools.

The position offers opportunities for leadership, proposal development, and client relations in a growing national firm. We value senior expertise, PE licensure, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Competenze

• For all candidates: B.S.C.E. or higher, strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and a proactive, fast-start mindset.
• Familiarity with AID’s advanced technologies is desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead pavement engineering projects including fieldwork coordination and reporting.
• Coordinate data analysis from GPR, FWD, and distress surveys.
• Develop pavement design recommendations using AASHTO guides and FAARFIELD.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to client proposals and QA.
