What You'll Do:

1. Complete assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
2. Assist in the development of project specifications.
3. Develop discipline-specific engineering project elements/deliverables such as reports, designs, and plans.
4. Aid in the coordination and productivity of project team members.
5. Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineering team members.
6. Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
7. Perform quality control reviews of engineering project elements/deliverables.
8. Assist with scheduling, planning, and distribution of work within discipline.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience, or
• PhD in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Analyze pavement structures utilizing Pavement ME Design.
• Collect, analyze, and document pavement distress data.
• Develop life cycle cost analysis calculations for design recommendations.
• Develop details and specifications.
• Write, edit, and review technical reports.

What We Prefer:

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
