What You'll Do:

1. Complete assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
2. Assist in developing project specifications.
3. Responsible for developing discipline-specific engineering project elements/deliverables such as reports, designs, and plans.
4. Aid in the coordination and productivity of project team members.
5. Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineering team members.
6. Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
7. Perform quality control reviews of discipline-specific engineering project elements/deliverables.
8. Assist with scheduling, planning, and work distribution within the discipline.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience, or
• PhD in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to analyze pavement structures utilizing Pavement ME Design.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and document pavement distress tables.
• Develop life cycle cost analysis calculations for design recommendations.
• Develop details and specifications.
• Write, edit, and review technical reports.

What We Prefer:

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
