This role involves responsibility for the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, pavement designs, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects. You will consult with the project manager to perform research, development, calculations, design, and delivery. The role applies engineering techniques, procedures, and design criteria for projects of varying size and complexity. You will leverage your technical knowledge in pavement engineering to address design issues, working closely with the project manager through creative problem solving, client interactions, and completing tasks to meet project schedules. You will develop conceptual and detailed designs and calculations using current drawing and technical tools, programs, and software. There may also be opportunities to mentor, train, and review the work of junior engineers, providing constructive feedback. As part of our team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of diverse projects for our clients.
