We are seeking a Client Service Specialist who can deliver exceptional service, manage bookings and client relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Fitting and styling first-time and returning clients throughout a full day of bookings.
• Maintain high levels of service in the pattern room and via email with clients.
• Maintain a client book in CRM, updating orders, styles, and preferences to foster lasting relationships.
• Reach out to clients proactively to showcase new styles, fabrics, and products to hit sales goals.
