Job summary

Wilsonart LLC in Temple, Texas is seeking a Deco Pattern Service Operator to transfer sheeted material, adjust inventory, and cut patterns to spec. You will ensure quality and coordinate with teams for run changes.

The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, High School diploma or GED, and ability to read a tape measure, with training on specialized equipment such as Globe lift and cutters.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 6 months of experience in melamine collating/sheeting, assembly, pressing, sanding, cut-to-size, or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfers sheeted material to and from deco racks and pulls required material based on production requirements.
• Performs inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy and updates BOM as needed.
• Cuts dry decorative patterns into specified lengths with emphasis on quality.
• Operates equipment to exchange pallets and move material to appropriate teams without press downtime.
• Inspects material for pattern defects, dimensions, and finish designations.
