Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking an entry-level material handler to support production by moving sheeted materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with pattern cutting. This role involves reading schedules, following directions, and ensuring quality during cut sequences.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules and specs.

Responsibilities

• Move sheeted material to/from deco racks and pull needed material per production needs.
• Perform inventory counts, scraps, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Cut decorative patterns to specified lengths with quality focus.
• Coordinate with Team Lead on run changes and pattern updates.
• Operate equipment to move pallets and reorganize deco inventory.
• Inspect material for defects and proper finish designations.
• Pull material for assembly and pressing; support Lean and Safety.
• Maintain housekeeping in assembly/pattern racks; weekend work when required.
