Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a motivated Material Carrier/Inventory Associate to support production by transferring sheeted materials, performing adjustments, and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will collaborate with teammates to address issues, cut patterns to size, and maintain quality throughout runs.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISO procedures, use of Oracle and barcode systems, and participation in lean/safety initiatives while supporting weekend schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules.
• Experience with inventory processes and ISO procedures.
• Ability to operate materials handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Transfers sheeted material to/from deco racks and pulls needed material.
• Cuts and sizes patterns to meet production requirements with quality emphasis.
• Coordinates with Team Lead for pattern changes and run readiness.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety in assembly and pattern racks.
• Follows ISO procedures and uses barcode/Oracle systems.
