Job summary

Wilsonart LLC in Temple, Texas is seeking a Deco Pattern Service Operator to support production by transferring sheeted materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and cutting decorative patterns with a focus on quality.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience, ability to read a tape measure, and teamwork to coordinate with the Team Lead for sheet changes and press runs. On-site work with standard factory conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in melamine collating/sheeting, assembly, pressing, sanding, cut-to-size, or distribution preferred.
• Experience in assembly is highly preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Transfer sheeted material to and from deco racks and pull materials per production needs.
• Perform inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy and update BOM as needed.
• Cut dry decorative patterns into specified lengths with emphasis on quality.
• Operate equipment to move pallets and reorganize deco inventory without press downtime.
• Inspect material for pattern defects, verify counts, and ensure finish quality.
• Support Lean and Safety processes and keep work areas clean.
• Coordinate with Team Lead on item sheet changes and press runs.
