Job summary

Wilsonart in Temple, TX seeks a production associate to sheet decorative papers to specified lengths and support the team lead. You will follow schedules, inspect material quality, and ensure press readiness. The role requires lifting heavy items, operating equipment safely, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate production equipment safely.
• Reading a tape measure and basic math are needed.
• Experience with industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and read schedules for sheeters and collators; follow order.
• Cut to specified lengths as directed by Product Quality Department.
• Inspect material for pattern defects, dirt, wrinkles, or water spots.
• Use FIFO inventory practices for rewound overlay and patterns.
• Keep aluminum cores cleaned and ready for processing.
• Ensure WIP jobs are created in Oracle and ready for production.
