Job summary

Wilsonart International is hiring for a production associate in Temple, TX. You will collate decorative papers, cut to required lengths, check for defects, and follow FIFO practices. Responsibilities include setup, running rolls for the next shift, and maintaining press readiness.

Proficiency with tape measures and basic math is needed, along with Oracle WIP duties and lift operations. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with 6 months of Wilsonart experience and at least 1 year

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• Prefer six months of Wilsonart experience and 1 year on industrial equipment.
• Willingness to learn to operate fork/clamp and Drexel lifts.

Responsibilities

• Collates or sheets decorative papers into specified lengths per schedule.
• Cut to lengths as directed by Product Quality.
• Inspects material for pattern defects, crumbs, dirt, wrinkles, water spots.
• Use FIFO for rewound overlay and patterns when collating.
• Set up rolls for oncoming crew and ensure press readiness.
• Create and update WIP jobs in Oracle; maintain clean safe workspace.
