Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Driver in Waukee, IA. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused corporate location.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and Drug screen. Pay is $19.00 per hour with a flexible day schedule and opportunities to grow within Allied Universal’s supportive team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following policies and responding to concerns.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to identify issues.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations and actions.
• Maintain professional communication with site contacts and leadership about patrol findings.
