Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services provider, is hiring a Full Time Security Officer - Experienced Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN. You will perform vehicle and foot patrols, deter security incidents, and maintain clear documentation of visits and incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and offers a schedule of multiple afternoon/evening shifts, with a competitive pay rate of $18.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document visits and patrols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in accordance with site procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership.
