Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Driver Credential Review in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on safeguarding clients, managing access, and maintaining secure entry points at a logistics and distribution location.

The position requires a valid driver's license, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma or equivalent, and background/drug screening per regulations. Pay is $17.39 per hour, with a Tue-Sun evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in security or related field preferred.
• Proficient in access-control procedures and emergency response.
• Strong communication and visitor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and/or vendors following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain access-related records.
• Screen and direct delivery vehicles, contractors, and visitors per site procedures and report access concerns.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms with calm, structured escalation.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
