Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer full-time patrol experience in Memphis, TN. You will provide security and customer service, conducting patrols and maintaining access control to deter incidents while reporting any security concerns.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, access points, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and visitor-related documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional environment by providing directions, answering questions, and communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
