Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while enforcing site policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of offices, production or broadcast areas, and parking facilities.
• Monitor location access, verify credentials, and document arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, professional communication to supervisors and responders.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs of site activity and concerns.
