Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer for a patrol driving role in Nashville, TN. You will provide unarmed security, patrol the facility, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to work a set DayTime schedule, and compliance with background checks and drug screening. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities within a leading security organization.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screening required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report/escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to authorized areas, verify credentials, and document visits and incidents.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership regarding security observations.
