Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and staff following procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, report unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document outcomes.
• Record patrols and incidents; communicate with site contacts and leadership.
