Job summary

Allied Universal in Riverside, CA is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Field Operations. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service at a government location.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and public emergency services as directed.
• Monitor access points and observe entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing visitors and providing general information when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and observations.
