Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Flagstaff, AZ, to protect customers and assets at a manufacturing/industrial site. This unarmed role involves visible security, greeting employees and visitors, and supporting access control and incident response.

This full-time position pays $22.00 per hour with rotating day and night shifts. A valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screen are required, with preference for badge systems experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate logs of entries, exits, and unusual observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site and Allied Universal reporting protocols.
• Document incidents and observations clearly and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
