Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate access and activity records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, solution-oriented manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel, following post orders, and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
