Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Driver in El Paso, Texas. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide excellent customer service to shoppers and staff, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and emphasizes a strong safety mindset. You will work a set evening schedule at a retail site and join a team that values agility, reliability, and integrity.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per federal, state and local laws.
• A drug screen is required where legally permitted.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, documenting observations and notifying site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail location including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity and potential loss-prevention concerns; deter unauthorized activity with a professional presence.
• Assist with access control, visitor directions, and site-rule compliance while staying courteous.
