Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Driver in Amarillo, TX to serve and safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and beyond. This role offers a flexible schedule via our Claim a Shift platform and includes unarmed patrols, strong customer service, and a visible security presence.

You will conduct regular patrols, respond calmly to incidents, maintain logs, and coordinate with store leadership and emergency responders.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a security or retail setting.
• Ability to perform unarmed patrols and observe security-related conditions.
• Calm, professional response to incidents and disturbances.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail area, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner following procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, potential theft, and hazards to store leadership or law enforcement.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate with staff and responders.
