Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, docks, yards, parking and entry points.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Document patrol observations and incidents through required reports and communicate with site leadership.
