Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time) in Kenosha, WI to protect client sites across logistics and distribution locations. This role performs unarmed patrols, enforces access control, and provides excellent customer service while adhering to site policies and procedures.

You will monitor entry points, assist with badge-related activities, document observations, and respond to incidents with calm, professional problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct patrols of warehouses, docks, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry/exit for employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Report incidents and hazards to site leadership promptly.
