Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Document daily activities and incidents clearly.
