Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Integrator to support NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) Global Patriot Program. You will influence the Patriot Product Line and IPTs/CPTs in delivering contracts, services, and support for multiple partners.

You will help provide tactical direction for program execution, maintain cadence, and ensure commitments are met using approved tools and processes. This role offers growth in program management with potential international travel.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with financial analysis tools and project management systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
• Experience preparing cost proposals or gate packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal execution for NSWA programs, including pricing at multiple stages and coordinating information requests.
• Execute daily program cadence (risk reviews, schedule performance, reviews) to meet contract commitments.
• Prepare, revise, update, and monitor documentation in compliance with IPDS and contracts.
• Direct support of program risk and opportunity processes to meet financial goals and obligations.
• Coordinate program reviews and customer visits; ensure deliverables and reporting meet requirements.
• Foster accountability and teamwork across IPTs/CPTs and internal functions; travel as needed.
