Women's Care is seeking a Patient Workflow Coordinator to join our Bend, OR, on-site team. This full-time role supports perinatal care operations, aligning physician and sonographer schedules with patient referrals and provider availability.

We’re looking for a Patient Workflow Coordinator who is part air-traffic controller, part problem-solver, and 100% committed to making the patient experience smoother. In our perinatal care environment, there are a lot of moving pieces—and you’ll be the person helping make sure they all land where they’re supposed to. If you’re organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and secretly love a good workflow, or checklist, we should talk.
This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our Perinatal Associates of Central Oregon (PACO) clinic in Bend, OR. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week (Mon - Fri) and we are proud to offer an attractive benefits package. Our Patient Workflow Coordinator recruiting pay range starts at $25/hr.
