Women’s Care’s Bend, OR clinic is seeking a Patient Workflow Coordinator to align scheduling, referrals, and patient communications across the perinatal team. You’ll act as on-site lead, manage referrals, verify insurance, and coordinate pre-visit prep to keep patients moving smoothly.
Ideal candidates have at least two years of medical office experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and strong communication and detail orientation.

In our perinatal care environment, there are a lot of moving pieces—and you’ll be the person helping make sure they all land where they’re supposed to. This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our Perinatal Associates of Central Oregon (PACO) clinic in Bend, OR. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week (Mon - Fri) and we are proud to offer an attractive benefits package. Our Patient Workflow Coordinator recruiting pay range starts at $25/hr.
