Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Part-Time Patient TV Support Representative to join the pCare Services team in the New York area. You will provide onsite help to hospital patients and staff, assisting with bedside TVs and related technology to keep them informed, entertained, and connected during their stay.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting simple issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.

Days: Monday and Saturday
Shift: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM 3. Staten Island North
Address: 475 Seaview Ave, Staten Island, NY 10305
Day: Tuesday
Shift: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to our customers, who include patients and hospital staff, to ensure services meet or exceed customers’ expectations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between each location as needed
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings; this includes COVID-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination
