Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a patient TV support representative to join the pCare Services team in a part-time role. The position provides front-line service to patients and hospital staff across two Brooklyn-area hospital locations, with flexible shifts totaling up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include on-site support, troubleshooting, customer education on the interactive system, and equipment replacements as needed. A high school diploma and ability to lift 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between each location as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital immunization and screening requirements (COVID-19 and Flu).

Uniguest is seeking a customer service-focusedcandidate to join our pCare Services team as a Patient TV Support Representative. In this part-timeposition, you will help support the maintenance of our technical solutions deployed in hospitals by providing front-line service to patients and staff.

With a range of technologies from patient bedside TV to digital signage, to mobile apps and video conferencing, pCare by Uniguest creates personalized customer experiences in healthcare and hospital environments. A successful candidate will be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records.Flexible Shifts - up to 30 hours/week

• Locations:
  • Maimonides Medical Center (4802 Tenth Avenue Brooklyn, New York 11219)
    • Monday & Wednesday
    • 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST
  • Brooklyn Hospital Center (121 Dekalb Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11201)
    • Tuesday & Saturday or Sunday
    • 1:00 PM -5:30 PM EST
• Flexibility Offered: Any 4 hours between 11 am to 6 pm - 30 hours/week

Primary Responsibilities
