Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver patient meal trays accurately and efficiently.
• Set up, stock, and maintain tray line, cafeteria, and kitchen stations.
• Prepare basic food items for meal service and support kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and service stations.
• Operate dish machines, handle waste removal, and perform general sanitation tasks.
• Clean and reset stations, equipment, and floors after meal service.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages or concerns to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Support department goals related to service quality and operational efficiency.
• Assist with training and cross-training of team members.
