Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible transporter to use company vehicles to transport patients to medical appointments, essential errands, and other activities. The role supports the care team and ensures timely, safe patient transport.

The position includes comprehensive benefits and a daily pay option where eligible. Responsibilities include transporting patients, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, and assisting patients as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence in company vehicles.
• Adhere to established transportation schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Transport supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
