Job summary

UF Health Central Florida is seeking a transporter to safely move patients throughout the Leesburg facility. This role provides basic physical care, safety measures, and comfort, while keeping an orderly environment and aiding coordination between nursing, medical, and ancillary staff.

The transporter supports patient flow and ensures timely, responsive service under supervision of supervisors and directors, contributing to overall patient care quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to read/write/speak English clearly.
