Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking a Transport Associate to move patients, specimens, and equipment across the campus. This full-time, 80-hour biweekly role is onsite with day shifts.

Responsibilities include transporting patients in wheelchairs or stretchers, assisting transfers, delivering supplies, greeting visitors, and maintaining safety in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum education is none; BLS required within 90 days; CNA preferred; compensation ranges from $18.54 to $24.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire (card must be valid through start).
• Preferred: CNA credential.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients via wheelchair, stretcher or bed to designated sites.
• Assists patients with entering/exiting vehicles and transfers.
• Delivers equipment and specimens to requesting staff; transports deceased as needed.
• Greets and directs patients and visitors; provides information.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
