PATIENT TRANSPORTER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Join us at TouchPoint Support Services as a Patient Transporter. We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time positions at Henry Ford Providence Hospital, located at 16001 West 9 Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Details

• Schedule: Varies, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. More details provided during interview.
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

1. Transport patients, medical equipment, and patient-related items safely and accurately.
2. Use wheelchairs and other approved rolling stock for patient movement.
3. Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and patients.
4. Ensure patient comfort and safety during transport.
5. Report any equipment malfunctions or patient distress.
6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
