Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have BCLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current throughout employment.
• Transportation experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from the department.
• Shares duties in darkroom, stocking supplies, dressing patients and front-office tasks.
• Performs clerical duties: answering telephones, greeting patients, preparing requisitions for outpatients.
• Retrieves patient records for physicians or medical records; maintains etiquette and professionalism and greets visitors.
• Provides clerical support using telephone, computer, office equipment, PACS, and by running errands throughout the facility.
