Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coordinating with nursing and support staff. This on-site role requires strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills to navigate health care workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related work experience.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals.
• Ability to follow standard procedures using discretion and respond to patient needs.
• Basic familiarity with computers and navigating web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign duties for shifts to ensure timely patient transport.
• Monitor daily activities and report performance issues to supervisor.
• Collaborate to adjust break times to accommodate patient needs.
• Transport patients, specimens, and other items safely per protocols.
• Notify appropriate personnel of delays affecting workflow.
• Monitor availability of wheelchairs and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Train new employees and volunteers as needed.
• Direct or support complex transport requests as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of transport areas and equipment.
