Qualifications

• Transports patients via wheelchair, stretcher or bed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and safety while assisting staff.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to/from clinical, ancillary and support areas.
• Delivers supplies and equipment; collects orders and requisitions.
• Maintains and reports malfunctions of equipment.
• Monitors environment for safety and reports issues.
• Supports clinical staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Delivers medications from pharmacy as scheduled.
• Performs storeroom clerk duties as needed (phones, stock, after-hours coverage).
