Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Patient Transport teammate to safely move patients within the hospital, including admissions, discharges, and transports between units and diagnostic areas.

The role is full-time with 3pm–11:30pm shifts and rotates weekends/holidays. CPR BLS and AED training will be completed within 3 months; High School diploma required; strong communication and body mechanics essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• AED training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely within the hospital, including admissions, discharges, and unit-to-diagnostic testing transports.
• Assist with transporting equipment and supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with nursing and physicians to ensure timely patient movement.
