• Maintains open communication with Dispatch/Modality/Unit about task status or delays.
• Handles patient equipment safely and removes unsafe equipment from service; exchanges oxygen tanks.
• Transports specimens to the laboratory and delivers blood/products as required.
• Follows isolation protocols and PPE usage, and uses two patient identifiers.
• Assists with environmental duties and adheres to cleaning/disposal procedures.
